Trump sided with the Saudi royals when journalist Khashoggi was murdered and U.S. intelligence sources said the Saudis were involved in it. In Extraordinary Statement, Trump Stands With Saudis Despite Khashoggi Killing (Published 2018) excerpt: “We may never know all of the facts surrounding the murder of Mr. Jamal Khashoggi,” Mr. Trump added. “In any case, our relationship is with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
Yet Trump sided with Capitol rioter Ashley Babbitt, talking about her as if she was a martyr and scorning the police officers who were trying to protect the Capitol. Trump will protect the Saudi royals while abandoning the Capitol police and members of Congress.
The contradictory view of Trump to protect the rights of voters. He wants to take away the rights of voters after he legitimately loses elections but wants to supposedly protect voters when he wants to win the next election for which he could be disqualified because he tried to overthrow the previous one. Trump’s appeals on ballot access raise existential constitutional arguments excerpt: "In their previous filing against the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling, lawyers for the state GOP made a similar argument, claiming that by excluding Trump from the ballot, the judges had engaged in a “usurpation of the rights of the people to choose their elected officials.” Such concerns were far from Trump’s mind when, for example, he pressured local officials in Georgia to find the votes he needed to overturn Biden’s victory in the critical swing state and as he made multiple false claims of voter fraud — several of which were rebuffed by the US Supreme Court — in a bid to remain in power against the will of voters who wanted him gone."
A positive note is that Trump lost his 2020 election cases in the U.S. Supreme Court. The court sometimes chose to not even hear the appeals. While trying to help Trump overthrow the 2020 election, TX lost a fringe suit that it sent to the Supreme Court that claimed TX had been damaged by the voting process used in swing states where Trump lost the 2020 election. To date, all of Trump's rioters at the Capitol have lost in court with the exception of two. Those who didn't lose at a trial pleaded guilty. The bluster of Trump and his rioters falls on its face almost all of the time in the courts. He's hoping to obtain at least a few judgements that will deem him qualified to run for president again and that will delay his criminal trials until after the election. Trump's survival is hinging on an increasing number of contingencies. Maybe he can still pull it off.

Trump's spokespeople are saying that Trump's money from foreign governments for his personal properties while he was president was legitimate but that alleged business actions of Hunter Biden in 2013 make Joe Biden a compromised and illegitimate president and worthy of being impeached and removed from office.
A summary of Trump's 'America-first' merchandise. Trump event touted 'made in America' goods. A lot of his merchandise couldn't be featured. The president and his daughter largely manufacture Trump-branded products in countries like China, Indonesia, Turkey and Canada. By Jane C. Timm July 23, 2018, 8:58 PM UTC / Updated July 23, 2018, 8:58 PM UTC Trump event touted 'made in America' goods. A lot of his merchandise couldn't be featured. excerpts: "USA Today reported that his new Washington hotel has chandeliers are from Austria, hallway lamps from China, phones from Malaysia, televisions from South Korea, towels from India, plush robes from China and glasses from Italy. The mattress and pillows, it was noted, are American-made." "A white golf hat was made in China, while a Trump mug was made in Thailand. A shoe bag and duffel bag were made in China. A toddler bib he ordered was made in Peru. A Trump collector medallion was made in China. Kimmel also said that two products he ordered — a pet bandanna and a gold block — did not have a country of origin listed on the product or its materials, something that is illegal."
Trump event touted 'made in America' goods. A lot of his merchandise couldn't be featured. excerpts: "At last year's "made in America" event, the White House defended the president's daughter and senior adviser Ivanka Trump after an investigation by The Washington Post found that her namesake clothing and accessories brand relies exclusively on factories in Bangladesh, Indonesia and China." "There are certain things we may not have the capacity to do here in terms of having a plant or a factory that can do it. The beautiful thing about a capitalistic society is if there's enough of a demand for it, it will happen," then-White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said last July.
If there are not enough factories in the U.S., then build them. Trump has claimed many times that he is a master builder.
For Trump and his daughter, it's not an issue of lack of factories in U.S. They know they can make a much larger profit by importing from countries like Bangladesh and sell at Macy's. They are doing what they tell everyone else not to do.

The Daily Beast reports that a $32 golf hat is made in Bangladesh, a $50 Trump-branded fleece is made in Pakistan, and an $80 pullover is made in Vietnam. A $15 Trump conditioner and a $15 Trump body butter both listed Canada as its country of origin."
That sounds like a news story from four months ago but it isn't. It shows the desperation of Giuliani. Trump is behaving similarly with his last-hour filings to delay.
Trump pushes back as prosecutors demand early notice that he intends to blame his attorneys in hush money case. Trump could blame his attorneys just before the trial begins which would require the discovery process to be done again which could delay the trial for months.
