Trump supporter in FL who was convicted of voter fraud for using his deceased father's ballot is suing for $50 million.

    excerpt:

"Rivernider is counter-suing them and other parties for libel, defamation, slander, jury tampering, and violation of Florida’s RICO statute — and he says his damages exceed $50 million.

He’ll be fighting his legal battles from jail, at least for awhile."

    The deification of Trump.

Opinion | The Deification of Donald Trump Poses Some Interesting Questions

    excerpt:

"According to Jones, in order to rationalize this quasi-deification of Trump — despite “his crassness and vulgarity, divorces, mocking of disabled people, his overt racism, and a determination by a court that he sexually abused advice columnist E. Jean Carroll” — white evangelicals refer not to Jesus but the Persian King Cyrus from the book of Isaiah in the Hebrew Bible.”

In that story, Jones recounted in his email,

Cyrus is the model of an ungodly king who nonetheless frees a group of Jews who are held captive in Babylon. It took white evangelicals themselves a while to settle on an explanation for their support, but this characterization of Trump was solidified in a 2018 film that came out just before the 2018 midterms entitled “The Trump Prophecy,” which portrayed Trump as the only leader who could save America from certain cultural collapse."

Trump: 'I'm the king of debt'

    excerpt:

“How do you renegotiate the debt?” O’Donnell followed up.

“You go back and you say, hey guess what, the economy crashed,” Trump replied. “I’m going to give you back half.”

If Trump could somehow control votes in an election the way he has reneged on paying his debts, he would tell his competitor, 'The election was fraudulent. I'm allowing you only half the votes you earned.'

Another example of Trump making glittering generalities about himself without providing details.

Trump Health Report Claims ‘Weight Reduction’ but Skimps on Specifics

    excerpt:

"In August, Mr. Trump reported to the Fulton County Jail, during an intake process for one of four criminal cases he is facing, that he weighed 215 pounds. That was nearly 30 pounds less than the White House doctor reported in 2020.

But the report on Monday did not include even basic details such as Mr. Trump’s weight, his blood pressure, his cholesterol levels, any prescriptions or even how much weight he had lost. Dr. Aronwald instead wrote that Mr. Trump’s “physical exams were well within the normal range and his cognitive exams were exceptional.”

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to questions about specific details regarding Mr. Trump’s health.

The timing of the report appeared to be taking a jab at President Biden on his 81st birthday. While Mr. Trump has repeatedly mocked Mr. Biden’s age, he has had his own verbal stumbles on the campaign trail."

How President Donald Trump Hurt Everyday Workers

    excerpt:

"One of the first things Donald Trump did after arriving at the White House in 2017 was make it easier for employers to get away with wage theft.

Congressional Republicans had just passed a bill repealing a federal rule that barred firms from getting government contracts if they had an egregious history of stealing workers’ wages. Trump signed the legislation despite having run a presidential campaign all about lifting up the working class.

It was the first of many Trump actions that benefitted employers at the expense of everyday workers, including those at the very bottom of the economy."

Raffensperger describes Trump's truth narratives as boring and repetitive.

    https://thehill.com/homenews/state-...trump-repeating-recycled-conspiracy-theories/

    excerpt:

"He compared Trump’s false 2020 election fraud claims to the “the water fixtures in front of the Bellagio in Las Vegas,” which he said are “certainly entertaining at first” but soon “become predictable and boring.”

“The big lie about the 2020 election, repeated now for more than three years, has brought forward no proof and nothing that hasn’t been publicly known since January 2021,” Raffensperger wrote.

“The current variations, on display regularly during Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign thus far, are merely part of the dancing fountain of lies that have been disproven by the count, the recount, and the audit of the 2020 vote in Georgia. Not one single shred of evidence has been offered in its support, in my state or in any other,” he wrote."

In a 2 am post, Trump demanded an absolute immunity ruling from the Supreme Court.

Trump Rants in Dead Of Night He Needs FULL IMMUNITY — Even For EVENTS THAT CROSSED THE LINE

    excerpt:

"A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE FULL IMMUNITY, WITHOUT WHICH IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM/HER TO PROPERLY FUNCTION. ANY MISTAKE, EVEN IF WELL INTENDED, WOULD BE MET WITH ALMOST CERTAIN INDICTMENT BY THE OPPOSING PARTY AT TERM END. EVEN EVENTS THAT “CROSS THE LINE” MUST FALL UNDER TOTAL IMMUNITY, OR IT WILL BE YEARS OF TRAUMA TRYING TO DETERMINE GOOD FROM BAD. THERE MUST BE CERTAINTY. EXAMPLE: YOU CAN’T STOP POLICE FROM DOING THE JOB OF STRONG & EFFECTIVE CRIME PREVENTION BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GUARD AGAINST THE OCCASIONAL “ROGUE COP” OR “BAD APPLE.” SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH “GREAT BUT SLIGHTLY IMPERFECT.” ALL PRESIDENTS MUST HAVE COMPLETE & TOTAL PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY, OR THE AUTHORITY & DECISIVENESS OF A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WILL BE STRIPPED & GONE FOREVER. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE AN EASY DECISION. GOD BLESS THE SUPREME COURT!"

Trump is grunbling in court again.

Agitated Trump says 'I would love it' after judge threatens to boot him from E. Jean Carroll defamation trial

    excerpt:

"Trump repeatedly shook his head in anger and made comments to his lawyer throughout Carroll's testimony. At one point, Kaplan told Trump's attorney to sit down after denying her objection. Trump slammed the table and commented to his attorney, "nasty guy," apparently referring to the judge.

During the morning break, Carroll lawyer Shawn Crowley told the judge that Trump had been loudly making comments, saying some statements were "false" and making cracks about Carroll's memory."

Stefanik is another example of someone who was previously moderate who went fringe for Trump.

Stefanik is a potential Trump VP pick.

'She's a killer': Trump eyes Rep. Elise Stefanik as a potential VP pick

    excerpts:

“If you’re Trump, you want someone who’s loyal above all else,” a Republican campaign operative said. “Particularly because he sees Mike Pence as having made a fatal sin.”

Once a moderate Republican who worked on Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, Stefanik shifted to the right and rebranded herself as one of Trump’s top allies on Capitol Hill after he won the White House in 2016.

Scaramucci predicted Trump would drop out of the 2020 race in March 2020.

Scaramucci Predicts Exact Month Trump Will Abandon 2020 Race

    excerpt:

“He’s gonna drop out of the race because it’s gonna become very clear. Okay, it’ll be March of 2020. He’ll likely drop out by March of 2020. It’s gonna become very clear that it’s impossible for him to win,” the former (short-lived) White House communications director said in an interview with Vanity Fair published Friday.

“And is this the kind of guy that’s gonna want to be that humiliated and lose as a sitting president?” asked Scaramucci, who in recent weeks has turned on and feuded with his former boss, likening him to the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

“He’s got the self-worth in terms of his self-esteem of a small pigeon. It’s a very small pigeon. Okay,” Scaramucci continued about Trump. “And so you think this guy’s gonna look at those poll numbers and say — he’s not gonna be able to handle that humiliation.”

Scaramucci made the same miscalculation as Trump's psychologist niece who thought he wouldn't run in 2024.

They expected Trump would be humiliated by an election loss or by the mere thought of a possible upcoming loss.

Trump remedied that issue by fantasizing that he never loses. Elections are stolen from him.
