GA case against Trump may unravel. Georgia Election Case: Nathan Wade's Divorce File to Be Unsealed excerpt: "The allegations could unravel Willis’ election interference case against Trump, one of the a slew of criminal and civil cases Trump is facing as he vies to reclaim the presidency. Trump has claimed all of his legal woes are part of an elaborate Democratic conspiracy orchestrated by the Biden administration in order to hurt the former president’s reelection chances. Trump’s team is thusly doing all it can to breathe life into the idea that those investigating him are corrupt, and Rolling Stone reported that the allegations against Willis sent his team scrambling to dig up more dirt on the Atlanta-area district attorney. Willis has not commented on the allegations, only noting in church last week that Wade is a “great friend” with “impeccable” credentials. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has ordered her to respond in writing by Feb. 2, and scheduled a hearing on the matter on Feb. 15. Regardless of whether she and Wade are ordered off the case, the scandal is a huge blow its credibility, and a gift to the former president."

These cops are great. They know all the bad guys, sir, they know exactly what to do. We could straighten it out so quickly that your head would spin.’ ”
Trump’s mystery cop back in news - Northwest excerpt: "Trump, who made a campaign issue out of Chicago’s crime problem, said the Chicago cop was a “rough cookie” who was part of a volunteer brigade of motorcyclists who escorted his campaign in Chicago last year. When Trump stopped to pose for a photo with the off-duty cops, the “rough cookie” told him Chicago’s problems could be “straightened out,” he said. “And I said, ‘How long would it take you to straighten out this problem?’ ” the president added. “And he said, ‘If you gave me the authority — couple of days.’ I really mean it.” “... I said, ‘You’ve gotta be kidding. ... Give me your card.’ And he gave me a card. And I sent it to the mayor. I said, ‘You ought to try using this guy.’ Guess what happened? Never heard. And last week they had another record. It’s horrible.”"
Trump had a chance to defend himself during the trial that determined whether he defamed her, but he declined to appear. That was his best opportunity to try to exonerate himself in the Carroll case and he didn't show up. He has attended subsequent hearings that determine dollar amounts for additional damages he may have did to Carroll in addition to the $5 million Carroll was already awarded in a previous trial.
Trump's supporters keep saying he's ten steps ahead of everyone. Even when the judge gave Trump an extra ten steps to attend and testify, he didn't.

A wishy-washy statement by Trump about selecting a VP. Trump hints at VP pick: ‘People won’t be that surprised’ excerpt: “I may or may not really [decide] something over the next couple of months. There’s no rush to that. It won’t have any impact at all. The person that I think I like is a very good person, a pretty standard. I think people won’t be that surprised, but I would say there’s probably a 25 percent chance that would be that person,” Trump continued.
If Trump were asked when he would become more specific, he'd likely make a reply like: 'Oh, I don't know. Maybe sometime down the road. Then again, maybe not.'
On top of that, he might not even get the name right of who is thinking about choosing for VP. In his rants it might even be Pelosi or Obama.
