Anyone ever try the 1% Club ? Its Netflix or Prime , I believe. I learned one thing for sure watching it---I'm not nearly as smart as I thought I was!!!
Thanks for the recommendation. I never heard of it. I just looked it up and this sounds interesting. Let's see how dumb I is!
I might do better at it if they didn't just allow 30 seconds to come up with an answer. I usually get 3 or 4 right. If I could study the questions at my leisure, I think I could get a bunch more right.
I guess there may be more than one version of it. It's on ITV in the UK, with Lee Mack, a comedian/comic actor. At home, watching it, I usually get to the penultimate question before falling. And if not that far, I get to the 10% Q. Much different, I would expect, from trying to do it in the studio, on camera. I've only once, got the full set of questions correct. In the studio, I'd likely fall early on. I'm not especially clever, btw. I'm just 'me'.
The Earth revolves at 1,000 miles per hour without creating a thousand miles per hour headwind... unbelievable.
Congratulations. I assume that you belong to the 1% club. Hopefully all the answers just require common sense.
The problem is, that that you need at least half a dozen people with their particular skills to build a building. We had a local 2 man building company. They were generally known by the name "Bodger and Botch it" As for me, I can do most trades to a high standard, but for several I am as slow as a snail. Give me a bucket of plaster and you really would have a 1930's comedy film.
