The Republican mayor of Springfield said it would be ok if Trump canceled the reported planned visit to Springfield.

Trump lost California to Biden by 29% in 2020. Yet Trump said in the past week that he won the state.

Trump lost CA to Hillary Clinton by 30% in 2016, a 4.3 million vote difference. Trump still thinks he won that race.

And as long as Trump has the MSM dancing to his racist dog-whistles and the antics of his Brownshirts, nobody's talking about Project 2025, his disastrous economic plans, what he'll do for his BFF Putin, his impending sentencing, his desire to invade Mexico, windmills, giant faucets, nuking hurricanes, or a host of other pressing topics.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/09/18/teamsters-favor-trump-harris-endorsement-00179879

    excerpt:

"Former President Donald Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris nearly two-to-one among Teamsters members, according to survey data the union released Wednesday as it considers an endorsement in the presidential race.

Close to 60 percent of members who participated in an electronic poll said they supported Trump, compared to 34 percent who backed Harris. A separate survey conducted via phone similarly had Trump up big: 58 percent to 31 percent."

    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/09/18/teamsters-no-endorsement-2024-election-00179900

    excerpt:

"The International Brotherhood of Teamsters declined to issue a presidential endorsement on Wednesday, according to a statement from the union.

The powerful labor union is deeply connected to working class voters in the Midwest and other battleground states that could be crucial to the outcome of November’s election. It cited a lack of consensus among its million-plus members, and the non-endorsement is a sizable blow for Vice President Kamala Harris given the Biden administration’s unabashed union loyalty during his term."

    Statement by the Trump campaign:

“While the Teamsters Executive Board is making no formal endorsement, the hardworking members of the Teamsters have been loud and clear— they want President Trump back in the White House! These hardworking men and women are the backbone of America and President Trump will strongly stand up for them when he’s back in the White House.”

Trump isn't even someone you could have a beer with. He's a billionaire elite who lives at mansions and told billionaire Elon Musk during an interview that workers who want to strike should be fired.

    Rambling Trump response.

'This Man Is Spiraling': Donald Trump Slammed for Giving Nonsensical Word Salad Rant About Groceries During Town Hall

    excerpt:

"He said, "So we have to start always with energy. Always. I don't want to be boring about it, but there's no bigger subject. It covers everything. If you make donuts, if you make cars, whatever you make, energy's a big deal. And we're gonna get that."

He continued for several minutes, bringing up farmers, subsidies and confusingly linking everything to windmills. "They want money, they want to build windmills, we want money for these windmills, ay-yai-yai. Anyway, but you know what? It was amazing."

He ended his word salad rant by not answering the original question and listing off, "Interest rates, energy and common sense.""
