When I am sitting in the house barefoot my feet always feel cold or at least cool, but my hands don’t have the same sensation. My guess would be the feet are further from the heart than the hands, so the circulating blood is warmer in the hands than the feet. What do you think?
I think you are right barefoot Larry . I know when I go out in the cold just as long as my core is warm my bare feet stay warm plus getting my bare feet use to the cold helps a lot to. It’s funny if I get sick my hands get cold and my toes get cold but I rarely get sick .
I have always had warm feet! In the generally mild winters we have here it is not unusual for me to have three or four layers on my top, shorts (commando) and barefeet!
It gets really cold here and I wear pants a shirt and a coat and in bare feet. And I get a lot of people looking at me and my bare feet..
I understand that . I’m so use to doing stuff in the winter time like I would chop firewood in my bare feet go hunting and removing snow in my bare feet .
It snowed here last night and I went and got my pedicure and toes painted. The cold snow and some snow melted so the water was cold but it felt so good on my bare feet.
It was 3 degrees this morning. Time to dig out the real shoes. They came off when back in the house but now my feet hurt a little. Humbug.
I don’t own a pair of shoes or boots but it’s been warm here the morning are in the 30’s and the afternoon it’s in the 40’s . But I know next month it’s going to be really cold here and my bare feet love it when it’s really cold . My bare feet don’t hurt when they are in a every cold environment . You should be careful getting pain in your feet when you come in form outside means you are getting close to be frostbite. Please be careful and listen to your bare feet !!
It’s warm today it’s 43 degrees Fahrenheit great barefoot weather I went and put gas in my truck and saw another guy barefoot there he ask me who did my toes I told him and he asked me if I go barefoot when it’s really cold I told him yes I love going barefoot in every cold weather and I love walking barefoot in the snow!! He told me he doesn’t walk barefoot in the snow but he loves going barefoot in warm weather like today . I told him it’s nice to see another barefoot person this time of year he said the same thing ..
I've been easily walking around my complex and driving barefoot with the suddenly milder temps. It's really perfect ground temperature for bare feet. Last week's very cold temps were rough in comparison. Very cold temps this weekend will keep my walks short again.
The more you go barefoot in cold weather your feet will get use to it but be careful that you don’t get frostbite so listen to your bare feet and if your bare feet and toes start to hurt get inside and warm your feet and toes up !! It took me two years of going barefoot all year around for my bare feet to get use to different temperature from hot to super cold.
It's joint pain that makes it difficult in very cold weather. Makes it harder to walk. Damn arthritis.
