One last piece of advice. use a multi blade razor and a very light touch on the scrotum and cock skin. Plus if you miss a few hairs you'll get 'em next shave a few days later. Lastly, use plenty of aloe based lotion to keep the area soft and prevent ingrown infected hair follicles. You may get a few at first but after a few shaves the skin adapts and the infections go away.

I use a Braun Series 5 wet/dry electric razor. It has a trimming attachment so I can cut the hairs really close to make shaving a lot easier. Then I use the regular shaving head to remove the stubble after trimming. Works great on my balls too. No nicks or cuts. Just a close, smooth shave. The head of the razor even fits in the crease where my thighs meet my perineum. That way I can get all the hair from behind my balls to my anus.
