Thoughts on urinating in public?

I’m not sure that this is the correct place for this topic but I can’t find any other place to ask this.

How do you feel about peeing outside, in nature or out of desperation?

I live in a city and I don’t drive so when I’m outside, especially during the cold winter months I sometimes find myself in a desperate situation as the cold gets to my aging body. I can go from zero to OMG I can’t hold myself any longer and have no choice but to expose my penis and try to urinate. It feels so good in those desperate moments but I’m always afraid someone will see me and I know it’s not legal to release my urine like this.

If I’m out in nature then I will urinate freely and enjoy it as well knowing that every animal does it and other people do too!

As a counterpoint, I’m past the point in my life where I’m comfortable urinating in public bathrooms. I much prefer to find a private bathroom where I can sit down, relax and relieve myself in peace…

Same, I don’t want to be known as a public pisser…

 

Last night was one of those desperation moments where I was stuck outside in the cold waiting for the bus after 11:00 pm and I was suddenly desperate to pee. I took myself over next to a couple of trash cans where I was out in the open but it was dark enough without any people around me and just let myself go. I was trying not to moan with pleasure as I went ahead and urinated.

 

This is a common practice in Europe, yet frowned upon. Some countries have public urinals, others have contraptions that dissuade people from pissing on walls, causing the piss to splash back at them.

 

This is something that I would love to see here in the US but we’re so backwards about things like this…

 

I grew up on a farm and peed outside quite often from a young age.
I probably piss outside just as often as in a toilet. Not really in public though, only in certain situations with just guys around, not uncommon for someone to just step around the corner of a truck and take a leak...

 

Lmao I don’t know how many times I peed in public, if I have to go I will go if anyone sees me I have no problem with that

WHipping it out behind a dumpster or draining the main vein behind a Bush is a crime. But Many Metropolitan areas are installing street corner public toilets. Los Angeles even has a listing on the public works site. LAPD has also begun opening Japanese Style Kobans and in an emergency they will allow you to use theirs.

 

I am a gardener/landscaper, work mostly buildingsociety/city......male..........if ther is not a public toilet in the neighbourhood............ill find a bush

I find as I get older that it always feels so good to be able to let my body relax and take as much time as needed to urinate and of course I need to urinate more often than I used to…

 

Grew up neighboring a farm so it always feels better outdoors.

One time I pulled up to a gas station and the bathroom looked like a dump with graffiti all over it so I just stepped around back. 2 minutes later a police car pulled up behind me while I was pissing and started intertogating me and threatening to arrest me for taking a piss. Anyway turns out there had been a murder in the area (I was just passing through on a road trip) and they were searching for the culprit. After they interrogated me for about 2 hours they finally let me go without charging me or arresting me. Went from having to take a piss to being a murder suspect.

So yea now I'm always paranoid about pissing outside it always feels like the police are going to appear behind me.

 

I’m also cautious about where I decide to urinate outside.

 

Lately I’ve been having one of my cycles where my bladder hasn’t been feeling well and I feel like I’m urinating very frequently, sometimes within a short time frame. It’s definitely my long term diabetes causing it but this was actually the reason for starting this thread as I walk a lot and can find myself desperately needing to pee while I’m outside.

 

I hate the idea of people standing around me. Definitely love having my own bathroom

 

Until more public facilities for men and especially for women are available pissing in public should not be a crime unless you do it completely indescretely around other people. For women and older people in general finding a public place to relieve oneself can be nightmarish. I know it actually prevents some people from venturing out at all. I think everyone should make a point of pissing on a government building at least once in protest over closing down so many facilities and not providing a suitable number of replacements. How about a mass march on local authority buildings and have a group piss on them? Have a beer company sponsor the event and provide the drinks.

There are 8 billion people in the world today, and I'd rather piss someone off, then piss all over myself!

 

It is a helluva a lot easier for guys to discretely piss somewhere in public but the females of the species have to get very creative. Then of course there is that emergency shit which everyone must have had to deal with at sometime or another.
