Ha, no... My idea of a beautiful woman is not what is marketable.

There isn't a single actress or model I'm attracted to. They don't look real. Too skinny and tall. Too much.. And I bet 90% of the women here are more beautiful than any actress.

There's a few who look natural, approachable and, arguably, stunning looking. (Sienna Millar, Aisling Bea, Jodie Whittaker - just some examples)
Not sure they're in Hollywood.
I think that actresses aren't any more or less beautiful than anyone else.
They are 'everyone else' and just happen to have such a career.
Certainly, their make-up can look stunning.

There's a lot to be said for the real woman!
Whether slim or not, tall or short, (so-called), ample-chested or less so, I've not met any woman whose has no beauty.
And, even if I were to have done, it would be pretty rich to comment/criticize given my appearance, which, I'm sure, isn't to everyone's taste.

I know that when they lower their body fat to about 9% (and lower) their boobs will have shrunk but, for me, that's OK.

No. I think bodybuilding be it guys or gals is a bit freakish. Much prefer more natural look. I am not a fan of plastic surgery either unless it is for health or medical reasons.
