For the Republicans in Congress, the only issue that seems to matter to them is the stock market falling.

GOP members of Congress expressed some concern when indices were dropping by 20% during the inital surge of Trump's trade war early in his second term.

Even the Air Force One plane that Qatar gifted to Trump didn't stop the GOP from praising Trump.

Congress can step in and stop Trump's national emergencies if it so chooses. To date, they've given him full reign.
