Trump directs FBI and DOJ to investigate supposed funders of what he claims is organized political violence against conservatives that Stephen Miller labels terrorism.

Trump directs FBI and justice department to investigate supposed funders of ‘organized political violence’ – live

    excerpt:

At an Oval Office event, Trump’s domestic policy adviser, Stephen Miller, claimed that violence on the fringes of racial justice protests following the murder of George Floyd in 2020, “all the way through to the Antifa riots”, was “part of an organized campaign of radical left terrorism” funded by wealthy donors. “It is terrorism on our soil,” Miller said.

‘The frustration is overwhelming’: Soybean farmers feel betrayed as Argentina blows a hole in rural America’s $47 billion soybean bonanza

    excerpt:

"Soybeans accounted for nearly 20% of the U.S.’s cash crop receipts in 2024, raking in $46.8 billion, according to data from the USDA. About one quarter of all soybean exports from the U.S. go to China, but retaliatory tariffs from China as a result of the ongoing trade war—which have reached 34%—have hobbled U.S. farmers, while South American countries like Brazil and Argentina have racked up market share. As of 2024, Brazil made up 71% of the Chinese soybean imports, according to the ASA, up from 2% three decades ago."

All of them were lined up right behind Trump as he took the oath of office for his second term with his hand not on the Bible that the Hamburglar was holding for him.

Not a farmer or down-and-outer to be seen.

Trump didn't tell the American farmers to 'eat the tariffs' like he did other businesses, such as Walmart and Mattel.

    https://www.cnn.com/2025/05/19/business/trump-tariffs-price-consumers

    excerpt:

“Walmart should STOP trying to blame Tariffs as the reason for raising prices throughout the chain,” Trump said. “Between Walmart and China they should, as is said, “EAT THE TARIFFS,” and not charge valued customers ANYTHING. I’ll be watching, and so will your customers!!!”

    Weak showerheads.

Now if the U.S. could only find a remedy for weak chowderheads in the White House.

Comey reportedly has been indicted days after Trump demanded prosecution of his enemies.

Former FBI Director James Comey indicted days after Trump demanded his DOJ move 'now' to prosecute enemies

    excerpt:

"Former FBI Director James Comey has been indicted on two of three counts sought by prosecutors -- one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice -- just days after President Donald Trump issued a public demand for his Justice Department to act "now" to bring prosecutions against Comey and other political foes, according to sources.

Trump is using Section 232 (national security) to impose tariffs on pharmaceuticals, heavy trucks, and home furnishings.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2025/09/25/...tariffs-pharmaceuticals-furniture-trucks.html

    excerpt:

"Higher costs from the new tariffs will be felt across sectors of the economy, from housing and health care to logistics. The president also said the United States would begin imposing a 50 percent tariff on imported kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and associated products, along with a 30 percent tariff on imported furniture and a 25 percent tariff on foreign trucks."

    https://www.morningstar.com/news/ma...iminate-broadcast-ownership-rules-to-the-test

    excerpt:

Turner said making such a change amounted to "placing a 'for-sale' sign on the public's airwaves, and inviting media companies to monopolize the local news markets."

"Despite the commission and the broadcast industry lamenting the existence of Big Tech, all available evidence - including comments from broadcasters themselves - shows that local TV firms are not in the same relevant product market as online companies like Google, Meta (META) and Amazon (AMZN)," Turner argued. "Nor are local TV broadcasters in the same relevant product market as online video distributors like Netflix. None of those tech firms produce local news."

All an attempt to frighten any opposition into submission.

Next is Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Then it'll be Liz Chaney, Adam Kinzinger, and special counsel Jack Smith.

I'm sure Trump's list also includes the rest of the January 6 investigation committee.

Trump is set on using his Republican approved power and wealth, through the court system and stupid charges, to bankrupt those who speak out against him. The same tactic he used in his private business affairs and his war on the free press.

Biden pardoned Fauci, Milley, and members of the Jan. 6 panel. He didn't pardon Jack Smith.

Trump wants to indict Letitia James badly. She's next on his list.

Siebert resigned under pressure from Trump.

Trump installed Halligan who has no previous prosecutor experience. She's Trump former personal defense attorney.

Who Is Lindsey Halligan? Trump Ex-Defense Attorney Wants To Indict James Comey—What To Know

    excerpt:

Halligan is a 36-year-old attorney who previously worked as a lawyer in the insurance industry, making partner at firm Cole, Scott & Kissane before joining Trump’s personal legal team. The lawyer met Trump in 2021 at his golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida, The Washington Post reports, and went on to represent him in such issues as a legal dispute over the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago and his defamation case against CNN. Prior to taking the U.S. attorney job, Halligan gained attention for spearheading the White House’s controversial effort to remove so-called “improper ideology” from Smithsonian museums, telling the Post that such ideology constitutes “weaponizing history” and “we don’t need to overemphasize the negative to teach people that certain aspects of our nation’s history may have been bad.”

    https://www.politico.com/news/2025/09/25/trump-argentina-milei-bessent-republicans-bailout-00581449

    excerpt:

"And powerful agriculture groups and their Republican allies in Congress are also sounding alarms about the deal.

“Why would USA help bail out Argentina while they take American soybean producers’ biggest market??? We shld use leverage at every turn to help hurting farm economy Family farmers shld be top of mind in negotiations by representatives of USA,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said on X Thursday.

Grassley said farmers were “very upset” about Argentina “selling soybeans to China right after USA bail out.”
