If it looks, sounds and behaves like an enemy, why are we calling China a ‘challenge’? What they're not saying, is that the Chinese have hacked every computer on the planet, and are holding everyone hostage. The fact they even allude to the problem, is an indication the crap is hitting the fan.
The US can also hack any computer or device on the Internet. So what? Let's sever the internet and go back to everyone having isolated computers with programs you buy and own, or freeware. Just no connection to other computers. Need to send a msg fast? Use a fax machine! Why did we sacrifice our personal, business, government security for convenience?
Weapons are the largest export in the world, and they are blackmailing every weapons dealer on the planet, ensuring the US doesn't get what they want. Electronics are responsible for a third of the world economy, and it could already be child's play to crack any computer, and everyone is going to be using a quantum computer soon. I don't care if you have quantum encryption already, the Chinese computer could possibly crack them all. It's a brand new world, where capitalism must compete with the truth.
The Chinese don't need quantum computers to hack. They're already in nearly every router and communication backbone out there, so no new avenue to hack. The only thing it offers is speed and the ability to hack more effectively.
You have no comprehension of the scale of the problem. The Chinese are already preparing to sell their new computers, to select clientele, and they've announced they're creating a super intelligent AI, that can censor a billion people at once. They have their own internet, and are ready to trash this one out completely.
