    I’m struggling too.
    Seems it is:
    Stainless steel
    Reflective
    Looks like two steel funnels merging as one.

    how about two funnels having sex, lol

    I think the first chrome cone is attached to the ceiling (inverted)

    The 2nd chrome cone, is housing the motor and you can see a little bit off the grey/metallic flex. To power the fan motor on the ceiling and that is the reflection off the fans that we can see.

    With the lights being reflected in the chrome.

    Just in my humble opinion.
