The interviewer from Fox didn't ask Trump what he thought Canada cheated on in the USMCA agreement.

Trump has a superficial comebacker for just about every situation. Journalists don't pursue him to the fullest. It isn't totally their fault. Trump dodges and uses his filibuster tactic with long responses off-topic and insults the people when they even politely interrupt to try to put him back onto the question.

One of the best interviews of Trump was done by Bret Baier of Fox not long after Fox settled with Dominion and paid it $787 million in the defamation case. There was a brief window after that settlement where Fox was sore about Trump and actually put some mild pressure on him.

Baier pressed Trump for concrete details as Trump dodged one question after another. The best Baier could do was achieve a tie.

Trump says he has to own Greenland in order for him to feel justified in 'protecting' it.

Spoken like a true mob boss. Making threats at people to coerce them into conceding something to them in return for 'protection' of the entity that the mobster stole from them.

Trump said that he would take serious action against Iran if it killed any of the protesters.

After as many as 12,000 may have been killed in Iran, he still hasn't taken action. He's now saying he will if any protesters are hanged.

Apparently, killed by any method doesn't count. They have to be hanged before Trump will act.

    Trump-initiated twisted situations.

Trump annexing Greenland to protect it.

A NATO country, Denmark, trying to defend itself from Trump, a president of a NATO country.

A U.S. state using its National Guard to try to defend itself from Trump who wants to use the National Guard against it.

Trump telling Putin to stop annexing Ukraine as he annexes Greenland.

Trump insulting Canada and saying that the U.S. doesn't need it while wanting it to become the 51st state.

María Corina Machado says she presented Trump with her Nobel peace prize medal.

She actually thinks Trump is on her side. It's the old 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'.

Down the road she will be probably be saying the same as Marjorie Taylor Greene: How could I have been such a dupe for Trump?

The U.S. liked Saddam when he was at war with Iran. When that war stopped, they didn't like him anymore.

The U.S. liked Noriega when he was providing info to the CIA. Later, his behavior became so ugly that didn't like him anymore.

Some in the general public don't realize the deadliness of Trump and his agents. Being anywhere near them can be lethal in an instant.

People need to understand this fact if they engage in any type of demonstration near the agents. It's not a time to be in a happy-go-lucky carnival frame of mind.

Even for those of serious mind, collateral damage is present, such as stray bullets or a car like Renee was driving going out of control and crashing.

Only five GOP members of the U.S. Senate were willing to go up against Trump. They were the usual ones like Murkowski and Collins.

It shows the continued lack of willingness of the GOP to seriously challenge Trump.

Two of them later rescinded their War Powers challenge of Trump after Rubio told them that Trump would notify Congress first if he put troops on the ground in Venezuela.

Hooray for Canada. They have more integrity than the spineless Republicans in Congress. Any body who continues to buy Trump's LIES need to resign and pray for forgiveness.

Trump is sending money from seized Venezuelan oil to Qatar.

Qatar has acted like an intermediary between the U.S. and Venezueala in the past.

    https://www.cato.org/blog/reconciliation-20-building-one-big-beautiful-bill-act-obbba

    excerpt:

"But Trump’s executive order should have prevented the problem of creditors blocking the flow of necessary funds to Venezuela, the expert said. The fact the funds are being held in Qatar not only places it further outside of US legal challenges to that order, it also allows for less US transparency of the movement of cash.

“Unless there’s some public plan that is going to come out and say here’s the government structure for this pot of money, who’s going to have control, here’s the various anti-corruption, anti-money laundering controls that are going to be put in place … this is being set up kind of like a slush fund,” said the expert who asked for anonymity. “It’s very troubling.”

That doesn’t suggest that the Trump administration is going to try to do anything nefarious with the money. But there are legitimate concerns that Venezuelan acting President Delcy Rodriguez will use funds flowing back to Venezuela to continue to pay off the corrupt parts of the government structure, including paramilitary groups and drug cartels, to maintain control of the country, according to the expert.
