The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit has declined to block a court order that requires Trump to resume funding of the NJ tunnel project.

It's a loss for Trump, at least temporarily.

The court will continue to hear details of Trump's attempt to stop federal funding. Currently, the funding must continue.
