That was a good one Eric. I have a friend who’s into martial arts and I remember him showing me one of those.

 

Definitely an excellent training item I wish I would have discovered much sooner. I can’t put the damn thing down now, LOL!

 

I have these in three different sizes, and three different materials. Rataan, polycarbonate, and stainless steel.

 

I totally know what this is, but I'll let someone else guess. (modified to say I believe i know....)
