But even if Iran wanted to, could they really just go back to the negotiating table? They have been attacked during negotiations twice now. The US and Israel are also aggressors here. Trump said something like he wants unconditional surrender. I don't think negotiations are even an option for Iran at this point.

This is an important nexus point for nuclear proliferation. The US cannot continue to take the line 'do as we say, not as we do.' If the US wants Iran to agree to not producing enriched uranium for civilian purposes, then they should do the same. The two countries should sign a pact to end nuclear power generation and the use of nuclear production in medical fields. Then they should pressure the rest of the world to follow.

Countries that already have nuclear weapons will have to come to their own agreements for nuclear disarmament separately from the end of civilian nuclear use.

All nuclear use for all purposes worldwide must end. That is the only way to stop the possibility of a nuclear firestorm.

Zionism can be a terrible deception. Perhaps it is not a deception on the part of some of the Jews that wanted their own country in their ancestral lands. But if you look at what their nation has done you can hardly call them a just nation. They have invaded a foreign land, caused an exodus, genocides, and apartheid. The deception comes from Christians that think that the Jews should posses the land since it was promised to them by God in the old testament. God did promise land to the Jews, but the promise was taken away from them when they killed Jesus (Matthew 21:42-43). I guess some believe that the Jews must return to Israel before the second coming of Christ. But that too is a great deception. Whenever you start talking about apocalyptic prophesy you are probably deceived. Jesus told us that "But of that day and hour, no one knows," and warned staunchly about false prophets.

Perhaps it would be better if all of the Jewish Israelis were encouraged to emigrate and granted benefits and citizenship in western countries, and an Arab Palestinian government was given control over Palestine. But it seems that many of these Jews are more bent on reclaiming their ancestral home by military might.

Really, Iran has been the aggressor for years in that region. Ideally their military capacity would be knocked out, enabling the Iranian people to overthrow the regime and create a democratic one.

Now Trump is removing sanctions on Iran's oil!
He's says he's doing it to ease the price.
Meanwhile Iran and Israel are taking out much of the Mideast's oil infrastructure.

It's going to take years to get production up to previous levels. Was that the goal all along? To cut mideast production so prices soar, giving the US and Russia a windfall profit?

Trump also removed the sanctions on Russian oil. Will Trump allow the Russian tanker to offload oil in Havana?

 

Iran targeted the Diego Garcia base, 2000 miles from Iran in the Indian Ocean. Supposedly, the missile was intercepted.

This revealed a secret program Iran has been working on for a decade. They likely used a two stage rocket to double the missile distance to almost 4000k.

That puts much of Europe in range. Nobody knows how many of these they have. Iran is now launching its more advanced weapons after degrading US and Gulf countries defenses. More get through than before.

Iran is winning offensively now. The only easy targets left are oil refineries, desalinization plants and LNG plants.
