It's a version of "Who Do You Love?" but I know it's not the George Thorogood one. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Yeah, I know it wasn't Bo Diddley.. It really sounded like the Blues Project, but it might have been the Doors. Derek, was it a live or studio recording that the Yardbirds and the Blues Project did?
There's a 5-part version (who, when, where, etc.) on Quicksilver's "Happy Trails" album. It's followed by "Mona," another Bo Diddley song, which the Stones had also done in their early days.
The Doors have a six minute cover of it on Absolutely Live and I have a Grateful Dead cover that's 1:34. This might help ya http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?...A65A0FD686EC5CFCDD6C383C9D8EDB&sql=17:1715037
Haha! I found it! Thank you so much, Chuck...This has been killing me forever. It was by the Woolies. Yaye.
