hey i heard some people do kava kava for some kind of high? Has anyone on here ever done that?? If so how many do u take, what is the high like, how long does it last? late star
Kava kava does induce a VERY MILD benzodiazepine effect. In other words, it is a very mild Xanax or Valium. Kava kava HAS CAUSED LIVER FAILURE in some people, at relatively low doses. It is not easy to find anymore, because of this. If you do find it, I wouldn't take it AT ALL! If you do take it, do not exceed the recommended dose on the label.
