    does any one find that they bruise more easily now than before they went veg? I play rugby and football and I always got bruised but now I seem to bruise when people just bump into me.

    I suggest u get more active or something. I ain't trying to tell you how you live your life but really, bruising, what are you a clutz. I fell off my scooter the other day going 40mph and I recovered very quickly. That has something to do with a good vegetarian diet for sure. Also in different stages of life the body is proned to bruise differently, like when your a infant and when your elderly.

    Really? Sorry! :eek:

    But rugby and football? Isn't it *almost* the same thing? (besides the fact that you don't wear pads in rugby)

    I was thinking that you could've been British! And british persons sure seem to love 'footboll'! ^^;
