Well I'm gonna go home and try, but does anyone here know if you can get World of warcraft for free on a p2p or something. I found out after I bought both that I could have gotten Roc and Tft.

It's making it's rounds on the Warez scene...probably just need to crack it (bypass the need for a CD key altogether). ;)

never played WoW...but did play diabloii, and they're both blizzard right?

a keygen could get you so far as installing and playing single player, but you could never connect to battlenet without a real key. don't quite know how they pulled that off, but they did. [i have an idea....it involves highly trained monkeys]

well, if you actually did gank it from BB, then your plan outta work.

if you just borrowed it from a friend, it may help to know that the cdkey is tied to an account.

but....i'm gonna have to call shenanigans on you jacking bestbuy, they're like the fort knox of electronics.

If you're going to steal games the old fashioned way but want to be classier than "Snatch and run, motherfuckers!", just buy the game from Wal*mart, take out the CD, and replace with something of similar weight. Wrap that bitch up, and go return it. You don't even need a receipt, if you don't mind getting store credit. A few aquaintences of mine made off with a handfull of free video cards this way.

last i checked, around here, you can't return opened computer software except for the same product.

helps get extra cd keys though.
