This is how I see things. Humanity once covered the greater part of this world, the numbers grew to many, sure they were all able to get enough food to live, but the line between eating well and eating what you find was great. Change in the weather or break outs of disease shattered this comfortable situation for the rich. Some groups well organized enough were able to weather this change. Others not so lucky became refugee's, all they find is death or slavery. Land and fresh water become more valuable then any jewel or mineral. But the mineral of steel is used to keep control on these area's. So the "smart man" would ensure they used all they could from the land they have to get ready to expand the groups terrirtory, to gain better land and water. Books are cast out of the world as demon bringers, and are full of lies, or thought as so due to their in ability to solve the problems of the people. It's also something that will grant slave owners a better ability to control those beneath them. If you don't know of anything better and that around you gives little chance for the imagination to produce idea's of better times... then you'll grow up not liking but accepting that things are the way they are without questioning the meathod in which things went wrong. Because this happened accross much of the world at one time... we have little record of the way things were before the shift in tide as we slid into the dark ages. Eventually for a time anyway, groups were far enough apart that their language changed, that thier look changed as a reflection of their enviroment, their diet, and with thier source for reproduction. (if it's just you and your four female cousins... your grandchildren will probably have a mutation of some sort...) War between groups over this time will settle as a reminder of science. Science will live as the ability to produce weapons, defence, agriculture, which will be reflected by the groups society of living and behavior. Man will fight man to the death for entertainment. Jaded will man be from the importance of life. Side tracked for their leaders quiet plans. In time one or more groups ability to instill organized human society as well as the creation of a strong military will have another run for the rule of the world. It will be thought that the only way to have peace accross all lands is to provide unquestionalbe conformed truths or values. Nothing too complicated to start it all off, I mean think about it, if you didn't have the ability to read or to hear stories or see life in a differant way... your going to belive anything so long as it holds a basis of truth in it. Things eventually got better, the dark ages were coming to an end. Discovery of medicine's help slow the spread of disease, machines and meathods make life easier. Life is less a strugle, learning becomes important again, reproduce in numbers they say, build a town, become a city. Corporations became the trust of man again. But the corps are starting to do things for themselves again rather then for the well being of man. Resources run wild around us. Wildly we run around consuming everything we can find. Fear is the industrial control we're living under now. When the world changes it tilt again and things get bad... the cycle will start over. But this time we have extrodinary weapons... Knowing the future is kinda hard to claim.. but it will happen again. I just don't know how badly we're going to scare the earth on our way down... will the beast ever figure out a social system of behavior that will better ballance life not just on this planet but with this planet... We can each take into account past words from past lives, or generate logically deducted reason's for gaps in the worlds past. Will the heart of man side to life before lust. Good thing those actor's and pro sports players make so much money for themselves and their owners. Otherwise the line between those who eat well and those who eat what they find may get too close together. Hey watching some ass on tv slapping some girl is way more important then revolations in human life. That's right though, who cares.. no one. To change anything you would have to become the best of the world that currently is. Then with your wide ability of address... share the plans to change the plains of the world.

There is alot more to it. I tried to stay away from detail. Basicly we're enjoy'n all the fruits of life right now, and everything is going to shit in a very similar fassion as to the last time. I just hope I'm not holding a cardboard sign asking for food cuz the end is near. haha
Your right I should get out more, but roughly 1200 a month goes to the bar or it goes to going out to moive etc per month... My line of work gives me hours every day to think of things, so I read and learn. Then I compute shit for hours while I'm working, about things in my own past or in the past as writen... I have it down to my own bible so to speak... I have no religion but I have my own religious beliefs, maybe better identified as my own beliefs period leaving religion out all together. I have no god, I have no devil, I simply exist for myself, my life, and the life of those around me when ever where ever. I've been thinking of going to another country and becoming a monk for a few years...
you should read ishmael by daniel quinn(assuming you havent already, he raises a lot of points you did in this post here), i noticed someone interesting on here mention it and thought to pick it up when i was at the library the other day and it really is a fascinating book the way it lays it all down for you, and im only half way through it.. i mean i consider myself to be fairly intelligent, but it will still probably take you to even newer places in your mind, though they have always been there i suppose, you just never thought to think outside what youve known and been told, like you said.....
I haven't read any one's work that relates to anything I've said... although it's true that things outside my mind are the cause for what my mind has come up with... Thanks for the book idea. I'm holding myself back from reading other peoples books with opinions like the one's I generate, mainly because I would preffer to think I discovered these modern truths for myself.. History (what we have left of it) is where I base my opinions on this world cycle matter. That and some science. But for the most part people around me think I'm crazy. As I drift on my own life line making assumptions constantly getting the feeling I've done things before. I would seek help but I don't know if I wanna spend time in a hospital if it's decided that I have some sort of disorder. When in fact I'm simply questioning things that everyone questions, just in much more detail. I know what I want to think about when I'm die'n, (should I get the chance to decide) and I find that creepy when I tell others, but when I think of it myself it makes more then complete sense. That's alot of sense...
Take an anthropology class, most of your assumptions on early humanity are wrong. (The class will REALLY blow your mind when you discover how much better off man was in tribal cultures)
