i think it's genetics, maybe size too. i'm a smallcup size and have little sag after 3 kids. okay maybe i don't pass the pencil test any more, lol, but the change isn't drastic. maybe wait to have kids until you feel the risk of having your body change is worth it.

cancer - i have no idea if there is any truth behind this, but the theory about the relation of breast cancer is that wearing tight bras makes it difficult for the lymph nodes under your arms to drain properly. some people say this can cause cancer and that you can link the increased rates of breast cancer with the beginning of the popularity of wearing bras.

Not true, infact it strengthens them. I once saw a lady in her 40's wear a bra with no shirt and hers weren't droopy. Bras do funny thinds like push in, seperate and, push up and I know you don't sleep in one. Try doing breast exersizes. (Yes there is such a thing lol.) You sag with weight, if your breast are D-x than yes you may sag but if you keep them in good shape than they won't sag too much. (I wear a bra all the time and mine are trying to get to know my feet lol.)

I wear a bra ALL the time! (obviously not in the bath or shower)
I cant sleep without one cos It kinda feels like my breasts are gonna slither away in the night and make a nest under the floor.
hmmm... prolly not but you never know. Im only a C though and my breasts arent saggy at all. should I try bralessness??? when I do I get really paranoid that theyre gonna sag by the time Im 25! eek!

i'm firmly in the camp that it's mostly genetics. i don't think not wearing a bra could help them not to sag, what about gravity??
i am a 34B and i've had two kids, am forty years old. my breasts have always been very soft, never of the firm stick straight out variety. but they haven't changed much over the years. i always wear a bra, (not usually to bed anymore but i used to), however as i posted in 'big boobs going braless' it is always of a soft, stretchy variety.
it seems to be something that we all have ideas about. what i find funny is that the men all think that no bras makes them firmer. y'all just wanna see tits with no bra, admit it. lol
