Two possibilites I can think of.

1. You may grip your penis too hard when masturbating, and the gentle caress of a vagina is not enough stimulation. Change your masturbation practices from a stroke to a gentle rub of your penis with the back of your fingers. Re-sensitise your penis to get use to the gentle grip of a vagina.

2. Condoms dull a lot of the sensitivity Try polyurethane condomes (Trojan Supra are the best). Polyurethane condoms, if you need to use condoms, allow the transmission of a lot of the warmth and much the slippery sensations of a womans vagina. A little more expensive, but worth every cent.
