Its the marijuana cause I know you smoke enough of it. You had a pocket of smoke in your stomach... this can happen if you inhale a certain way. It was just releasing itself. Nothing new. I used to burp smoke all the time. If you like accidentaly swallow some, that's how it happens, and if you take huge hits it's pretty easy to accidentaly swallow some.
Me and my roommate made some homebrew pear cider that made us burp clouds all night. We never did figure out why.
