I've kind of had this dream for a really long time to become a chef when i grow up and i've heard about the culinary academy of new york or something like that and been wondering whether that would be a good place to go? Im in 10th grade right now and my grades are pretty much all B. I did SAT few years ago and got 900 on it and im planning on taking it again this year. Do I need good grades in order to get to a culinary school? Is it easy to get to one and is it expensive? :)

I seem to recall that the good cooking school's were quite expensive. I only really looked at the Cordon Bleu Academies (there are a couple locations in the States, none in Canada... I don't know where else they are). I'm sure grades matter, but B's are still pretty good. The prices might also be different over in Finland/Europe, just try searching the web to see if you can find a few different academies/schools and compare prices.
