goodwill, salvation army... any thriftstores or secondhand stores are great to find items like these... it may take some looking, but you'll find something.
Check ebay.. they have lots.. Or you could make a pair... Cut a pair of jeans at the outer seam up to the knee and insert a triangle of fabric..

The thing with buying jeans at an op shop is that good ones are jhard o come by, since jeans are one of those items that people tend to wear to death. Have you tried wearing chicks bell bottom jeans? You can buy them new, if you dont say anything, who is to know? and are you looking for bells or flares?
