I don't know if this is happening nation wide, but the pigs busted the head shops here in Kansas City and in Lawerence, Kansas too. Did it happen in your city as well.
no. but why did they get busted? For what? There are 2 states that don't allow glass pipes at all. All the other states allow them but they must be in adult novelty shops, not just in "head shops".

Awhile back when I was like 10 I remember this record store named karma that also sold pieces got busted and the whole onset of the water pipe shit came into place, but all the shops around here are smart.

It's called Operation Pipe Dreams. The government is shutting down head shops because they are now considering glass pipes, EVEN IF IT IS NOT USED, marijuana paraphernalia. Their main argument is that even though the pipe has not been used, it's intended use is for smoking marijuana. They keep trying to shutdown my local head shop, and ive read articles which say that they are going to crack down on parafenelia, but it hasnt happend yet. All they do is sit cops outside sometimes and ID kids as they walk out...do something meaningful with your lives pigs!
No fucken kidding, theres probaly a bank being held up down the road, but the fucking pig is wasting his time trying to catch kids smoking. What a fucking waste of tax dollars. How can they crack down on parafenelia, maybe someone someplace actualy uses a water bong for tobacco purposes only? People will still smoke, they'll just go more towards blunts, joints, and pipes made from plumbing parts!
