glastonbury 2005 tickets

jonny2mad can't post at the moment so he's asked me to remind everyone that tickets for Glastonbury go on sale tomorrow morning at 9am we think.

People will be on MSN for moral support when trying to buy tickets... good luck.

Tickets to go on sale on April 3rd at 9am (Apr 2, 2005)

 

Thank goodness I'm not participating in that fiasco that they call ticket sales again. Honestly, a trained monkey could run the ticket sales better.

Claire, I had a dream ages ago about the ride to Glastonbury. It was really weird. We were travelling in this weird car that had two levels. I took the bottom level, and you and Moonie were on the top level (where the driver and a passenger sat). I saw something like Moonie passing you a spliff, and got worried about whoever was driving being intoxicated and crashing us into a brick wall. Because of this, I got off at the next town we passed insisting that I'd prefer to make the rest of the journey by train.

I can't remember most of the rest of the dream, but it involved finding the train station, then discovering that I'd have to take several trains to get to Glastonbury, then deciding to just walk along the train tracks, then running into some kind of train track patrol, who then ran into some damn no good trouble causing kids. Then the dream ended.

Why am I telling you all this? Because it's about half past four on a Sunday morning and I'm coming down from being drunk.

 

Oh crap, I just remembered, that's not the only Glastonbury dream I've had.

I had one where Bruce Springsteen was playing, but that's not the best...


I had a dream where I was at Glastonbury festival, at the front of the crowd next to a stage...where B.B. King was playing

I wish they'd announce the bands before selling tickets...

 

Eeek filled in the form, clicked submitt... then it said pade not found arrrgghhh... have I got the tickets or not? Can't get back in now and the phone line is jammed (suprise suprise)

 

WOOHOO! SUCCESS!!!!!!!!
In just one hour....took 13 hours 47 mins last year!!!!!!!!!
So relieved!

 

I got some too! Yippee! Now i need to go back to sleep... I haven't seen this hour for a long time!

 

I got through straight away.. Took me like 13 hours to get that far last year.. But I turned the page off coz I;m not actually going.. Just wanted to see how busy it was

Phew! I got mine! Cheers smelly pooball face! Looks like they've sold out, at least this batch anyway. It's getting worse every year. We should treat every Glasto as though it's out last!

You know what... I've been online since 9am and each time I never got the booking form until the tickets were sold out... by the same amount of time last year at least I had filled in about 8million booking forms before it went silly... damn internet! Guess this year was the year of not going Ahh well eh

To those who managed to get a ticket... Have a most amazing time Of course you will!

 

i was on since 9am too....
i got through to the bit where you fill in your card number and
addresses of both the ticket holders
at the bottom... i was clicking the 'Click here to order' button
for atleast an hour or more... why??? why did it not work
grrrr i'm so annoyed!

Yay but back to work at the fair again today! See you footprints and fleassy! hehe

keep looking at the glastonbury website if you didnt get tickets.. i got mine last year when they rereleased returned tickets...

 

After being rudely awoken this morning by some mad, ticket crazed lunatic *glares at claire then smiles sweetly* phoning me at 9:51am!, i went online tried for 3 hours then realised upon waking up that if i had got a ticket then great!, if not i really wasn't overly bothered . But i put my hand up to people who got some, respect.

Beautiful days however, i am on the fan club but the site doesn't accept my username and password grrr... so i'm gonna have to wait til all the ruffians get theirs.... *sigh......*
