Best Beer?

Whats your favorite Aussie Beer?


for me its got to be Coopers Pale Ale all the way, a meal in every glass, and not to expensive... perfect for any starving student.

not a huge fan of sparkling but its better than VB thats for sure!

 

mmmm .... Carlton Draught .....

Wouldn't touch VB with a ten foot barge pole. Yes, Carlton Draught is my top favourite and the bar girls know that my second choice is Swan Draught. If I can't have either of them, it's XXXX Gold. That is all.

 

I like VB in the outback; it’s the coldest/cheapest. and any beer served cold is good when you’re dead hot and so far from anywhere.

 

cascade premium, though ive been drawn towards coopers pale ale after the folkie... id actually never heard of it before the folkie but it aint bad

 

l usually drink VB...

 

STRONGBOW SWEET ALE lol cant drinkanything else....i dont know if its aussie... lol aussie... umm.... vb if its hot, but beer isnt all that good for you FULL OF YEAST AND FATTY STUFF lol

And it gets you really wasted! Even the light Coopers Ale with the green label is like drinking full strength. LOL :&

My beer preferences depend solely on which state I happen to be travelling through.

In Victoria, it's carlton draught time. OR Tasman Bitter if you can get it.

When in NSW I'll be drinking "middies" of toohey's new at the "Arie" or VB if the keg was empty and I was too thirsty to wait.

In Queensland I'd be going straight to the pub for a $2.10 pot of XXXX heavy, and sit at the bar and complain about how much more expensive beer is on tap in Victoria.

If I was in far North queensland I'd be stocking up on Gulf Lager before getting into the middle of nowhere where a carton will cost you up to $60.

You can get 30 can packs of Gulf Lager for around $25 and although called 'light beer' it's actually 4.2% alcohol and not really that light at all believe me.

In WA I'd drink Swan lager but I'd take a Beck's over Swan anyday.


Sure is making me thirsty.....

VB, as i am a man of full bodied taste...not to say i wont drink other beer, i sorta float, but i always go back to basic vb

 

My homebrew its the best well u will say that when u have 1 or 2 or 3 or 4
