Hello folks. Just wandered in here and am intrigued enough to stick around for a little. I see there are some cool people here as well as a few dopes that need some education. I am a student and a professional bartender. I love my job! Where else can you make a truckload of cash every night, get laid whenever you feel like it, and come to work with a buzz and nobody cares? I only go to school because I have nothing much else to do during the daylight hours. I hate to sleep more than 4 hours a day and I have a very active mind that needs to be fed. I like most people but what I hate most is discrimination of any kind. Race, gender, sexuality, age etc. etc. What I hate a close second is people that cant stand up for themselves and fix their own problems. I hear guys and girls nightly that groan and moan about things that are their own fault but they blame everyone from God to their parents and even the guy that picked on them in third grade. Man up and deal with it folks. Life sucks, get a fucking helmet. OK well thats it in a nutshell. See you folks around!
Hi welcome, l've never heard of a professional bartender, do you have top attended university these days to work in a bar?
LOL. Not really but I went to a bartending school and have a cretification that helps. Almost anyone can get a job drawing draft beer at an Applebee's or something but if you want to work in a decent place where you are gonna get decent tips you have to have a certification.
