My dog is so strange.... Once, I was eating a muffin. My dog decided that he wanted some of my muffin, so, he plopped down on my lap and got real close to my face, all sneaky like. Well, I didn't want to give him my muffin (too much sugar), so my logic dictated that since he likes to tear paper, he should like to have my muffin paper. So I gave it to him. However, he ate it. Then he look at me and started wagging his tail as though he was saying, "Ohh, you gave me a yummy treat!! You are the most wonderful person ever!!" At this moment, I was thinking, "Ohhhhh.... I gave him the most inedible part of the muffin and he thinks I'm wonderful...I feel bad now.... " My guilt didn't last long. His new hobby is finding muffin papers in the garbage and eating them.
I know THAT feeling. All three of my parent's dogs do it. Usually with paper that's held meat. My cat is even worse, he'll go as far as to MOB you to get at the paper you're holding. Yesterday, it was the wrapping for a fruity ice-lolly. I usually try to grab said paper from whichever creatures mouth and throw it away...though by the time I get to it, half of it's been eaten.
awwww I had an empty pizza box lying on the floor with some subway sandwich wrappers in it that smelled like mustard....my cat came in a started rolling around in the wrappers for like 20 minutes. He loved it ~ last week I was eating some olives and he came over to investigate and I held up an olive for him to lick and instead he started rubbing his face on it. weird kitty ~ i love him
my dog love muffin papers to he eats them all the. He likes to eat kleenex aswell thats pretty gross and he eats cat poop oi have no idea why he does that
My cat does the extreeme version of that. He rolls in bleech. VERY dangerous, all rooms that have had places that have been in contact with bleech must be shut up. He rolls around on the toilet floor if you bleech the toilet *shakes head* Odd kitty.
