walked past a sign that said Please Help Yourself! normaly I don't walk into life altering signs, but today was not the case. The implications of actually HELPING myself never dawned on me until this landmark day. Sure thier were pamplets entitled "discovering breast cancer before it's too late!" strewn about the table in front of the sign, but I believe that the sign was put there for a much better reason. Inspiration is hard to come by but by golly go out there and find your own words of truth. You'll be a lot happier about your yourself, and possibly a bit more helpful to yourself as well.
