Okay, I know for a fact I have ADD, or ADHD. I had 2 Fs in school and I tried to pay attention and couldn't. Its been like this throughout my life. I only got good grades in calsses im interested in, other than that, hell no. So, i got busted in november, and im on probation right now, and I think it would be kinda weird for me to say to my mom that i wanted to be tested for ADD or ADHD. Contact the school psychologist directly, if your school has one. . . otherwise talk to the nurse or counseler, they should be able to help. I would encourage you to talk to your parents, too! Not all drugs for ADHD are abusable, and it sounds to me like you are trying to take responsibility and correct a problem you may have. This sounds proactive.
