How to avoid becoming an uncool stoner

Ive decided to start a thread for all the newby stoners on how to avoid bein an uncool stoner seeing as ive had loads of experience in the past with uncool stoners.....

- never diss sumones spliff wen ur the one whose gonna be smokin it (if u dont like it, dont smoke it!)

- wen a bowl is burnin nicely with quite alot of smoke escapin as u recieve the peice dont start takin ages tryin to find a lighter! its fine!!!!!

- if its not ur weed then dont keep rollin spliffs an packin bowls wen the person whoses weed it is dosnt want any more (unless they say "sure smoke as much as u like...."

- dont take ppls munchies without askin....i.e goin in ur mates fridge an stealin a carrot!!!!

- dont let the wind blow away a joints worth of weed wen u start rolling

- if ur a shit roller, accept the fact an let sumone else roll....shit rollers in denial do my head in

- dont purposly make a mess of the persons house who ur stayin with. if u do...clean it up! an say ur sorry an roll one or pack a bowl especially for the person

pls add more....

 

-dont light it unless it's out!
-don't light the whole bowl... only burn what you need to to get a decent hit

Dont use smoking weed as an excuse to act like a complete moron. Sure its great to be totally baked and have a good laugh with ur buddies but its another to just start being loud and annoying and hyper. But, i guess everyone does this a lil when they first start.

Please, Don't brag about how much weed you smoke. "Yea Man i smoked like 3 ounces in one weekend." Thats friggen great, but i could really care less. Also it becomes quite obvious that u just smoke pot to look cool when u do this.

If you smoke someone up don't expect them to "owe" you anything. It's cool if they say yea man ill get u back or something, but i have friends that as soon as we'd finish smoking they'd say like yo man u think i can get 5 bucks. That would really get on my nerves. Luckily they really don't do that anymore.

Always remember that smoking weed is about having fun. Don't take it to seriously. Way too many people take it to seriously. I mean don't start worshipping the friggen plant. After all it is only a plant. A great plant, but still just a plant.

 

I have to disagree with one thing on that last post. If you smoke someone up it seems like they should always do the same for you in the future. I smoked up tons of people and I extremely appreciate it when it comes around. If you get smoked up I hope that you repay the person, considering they had to buy the bud.

 

Yeah I agree, if you expect to just get smoked up all the time for free by your friends without paying that's fucked up, you should always offer some money to your buds who always smoke u out, and if they say no that's fine, but you should always offer, i could understand what your saying if you smoke them up all the time and they smoke you up all the time, then it's kinda messed up to ask for money.

i gotta agree with lighting the whole bowl thingy. its a deffinate no no and a waste. some of my friends don't think they can get a hit without lighting and subsequently wasting the whole bowl.
this is 10 times more of a piss off when smoking hash or crystal since a whole bpowl can get you high like 20 times if you smoke it right, or one person high once if you light the whole thing in one go.

 

Yea man i see what ur saying but what i meant is like if u smoke someone up i think its really lame to use that in the future and say well i smoked u up before now u gotta smoke me up. i mean if ur smoking with ur friends all the time (which pretty much everyone does) then theres inevitabley gona be a time when they have bud and u don't and then they can smoke u up, but one shouldn't expect it because then that kinda defeats the meaning behind smoking ur friends up.

 

-Do not ****** lip the joint!(i.e. slobber all over it!)
-Never blow, or caugh into the pipe(it is obvious but I have lost alot of weed to dumbass friends who do this with my bubbler)
-Never complain.
-Never make false statements concerning authority figures(i.e. "Hey there's a cop dude" or "Hey there's your dad!")
-Make sure to check for leftover evidence.
-Weed veterans have the right away.

i totally agree on this one, no matter what never expect money from ppl like that, thats just fuckin jewish.

here's a BIG ONE FOR ME:

While smoking a joint, dont FUCKING TALK FOR 10 MINUTES and then complain that the joint went out, or even that it's poorely rolled because it went out, when i'm in the middle of telling a story or saying somthing i keep hooting then pass, i dont derail the hoot for the story

 

-dont say every two minutes how stoned you feel - we know you are, and that we are

 

-keep it chill, and keep the good vibes good, noone likes an asshole pothead.



i also just realized that if you mix the words asshole and pothead up you get pothole asshead

An "uncool stoner"? Man, I never surmised that smoking was about popularity.

 

right.. one thing that bothers me is one of my friends always says he quitting(just so he doesnt have to make excuses for why he doesnt buy anymore) but whenever were hanging out hell gladly indulge in mine. This is along the same lines--i dont like asshole dealers either. you know the ones who try to rip you off when youre fucked up and get mad when you dont want to buy their shit. theyre just thugs, not good people.
