i know some guys are gunna hate me for this cause most dont like to hear about women's time of the month or w/e.. but oh well..

what are your guys' worst period stories??

i remembered one..

so its my FIRST period... and my friend latoya is having her birthday party, which is swimming... my mom is away on a business trip, so its just my dad and sister and me... i dont really know what to do, so my sister puts a pad in my undies for me.... without thinking, i just put on my bathing suit and hop in the pool... whoa.. bad idea.. of course, badass me at age 11 wants to jump off the platform (which is super high).. as i stand up there for 15 or 20 minutes, trying to sike myself up (but scaring myself shitless at the same time ), blood starts RUNNING down my legs!! all the kids laugh so i basically start sprinting down the ladder and to the bathroom, when a kind mom shows me how to use a tampon... ive never gotten to thank that mom... i probably should! lol

yeah so that was a bit tramatic, but its all good!

When I was about 12 I was in this church youth group. We went on a trip to an amusement park. I had this HUGE crush on this guy, awww he was so cute... Anyway, I had my period and I was wearing white shorts. I too did not realize that when you get wet... you leak. I wanted to go on a water ride and I did. My white shorts were pink and gross all over my butt... *shudders* It was shortly after I had gotten my period for the first time so I didn't know anything about when to change them and everything so I didn't have extras or extra clothes with it. The cute guy made fun of me for years. The look of disgust on his face was priceless...At least I can laugh now!

 

I was at a fest and a cute guy came up to me to let me know that I had a blood spot on the back of my pants.....
he offered to let me use his flannel shirt to tye around my waist ( so nice!) but I used a friends sweater instead. I was embarrassed! I didn't care that much but it was just quite akward.

 

I went to a 4-H wildlife competition in middle Georgia about 3 hours away and we didn't make any bathroom breaks on the way down. My period leaked through my tampon and my pad because when we got there, we were running late and I didn't have time to go to the bathroom for another 2 or 3 hours. By the time I got to the bathroom, my period had leaked through to my light khaki shorts. Oh man And then I had to ride the whole way back home with it smelling and sitting on a rain jacket hoping no one would notice.

Another time I was at another competition, but this time it was my brother's and since my mom was his Odyssey of the Mind coach, it became a family deal. It was shortly after I had started getting my period and I didn't expect it to be heavy that day, but I went to the bathroom and realized I had forgotten to put a pad in too along with my tampon and it had leaked again. So, my mom sent me with one of the other moms to the local Goodwill in the town we were in to get new pants. It was really embarassing.

Both of those happened when I was 11 or so. Ick. Now I always have about 10 pads and tampons in my purse at any given time and double tampon-pad it all the time and wear those nighttime pads that are like dipers because I'm so paranoid the first few days.

 

dood those are seriously scary. i havent had too many scary times like that, actually i can't really think of times like that. i just know PMS can get pretty bad. it used to be cramps that were the worst, but lately its been moodiness and today i've been exceptionally moody!!! blahhhhhh its really sickening feeling like i'm this big bum and cant accomplish anything at all! ayiiii! sorry ya'll

 

I got my period for the first time before my huge dance audition for the performing arts high school. So I was bloated and fat, had a pad on, and without my mommy!

Recently got my period at Mardi GRas. OMG! Had to ask everyone in the McDOnalds haha I was kinda drunk so it wasnt that bad! Then my friends friends who we accidentally saw there had one of those little ones and I had to use a porta-potty! ahhh! lol What a fun day though reallY!

In high school i used to get them only about once every three months and they were so bad i just puked and moaned in agony on the bothroom floor for hours. I had a perscription for vicodin then just for my period.I take a lot better care of myself now then I did then though. Now I get cramps but I take a few ib profin and forget about them.

 

oh and my most embarassing one would have to be at work last week-white pants I thought I got lucky and skipped it this month so I wasn't prepared-I went home.

 

hmm, i dont really ahve any embarasing ones. which is a good thing, i hate being embarased, everything becomes an embrasement if im not careful, i also cant spell that word either.

but one of the worse things about being on is when you only have a pad on and you really really need to change it but theres no loos, or no time coz your really busy and its all squelchy and its hot and you smell and even if it isnt smelly you can still smell it yourself and its really really annoying. thats happened a lot. trying to find excuses to get out of the room and find a toilet...

 

I got my first ever period while at Universal Studios in Orlando-while wearing a pair of white spandex shorts. Luckily I had a hoodie with me that I ended up tying around the waist-but boy, was I embaressed! The worst part was, it was only my father and me, I wasn't quite up for telling him what had happened. I still managed to have fun though.

i thought of another one... nothing major though...

it was eigth grade and i thought i skipped a month, so i was like eh, itll be all good, i dont need a pad.. hahaha right.... my best guy friend told me the back of my pants were red, and he let me borrow his jacket... awww SO SWEET!!

he still makes fun of me for that though... raaaawr! oh well, i can make fun of him for thinking his dick grew FOUR INCHES overnight (long story)... haha loser!

 

i was on a roadtrip and it was flooding and we couldnt find a hotel room finally we got the last room at a super 8 but they charged us 200 dollars for it anyway i got my period in the night and when i woke up there was soo much blood on the sheets (im anemic) and we went down for breakfast and came back in and the maid was in there and she said it looks like the virgin mary lost her virginity after all these years or something! i was soo emberassed

 

aaaacckkkk!!! Reading this thread just put me off of my food for a while it's safe to say...and I was just about to eat a nice bowl of chili. :&

I have some pretty bad period stories...lol.


I used to get my periods suuuper heavy. I mean, one time, I actually put on 5 pads so that I could make it through the day...that's how bad it was. So I was feeling like shit, and I was sitting in class when I felt really weird and I asked the teacher if I could leave. When I checked myself, the blood had seriously soaked through ALLLLL 5 of the pads, through my underwear, and through my pants. I was embarrassed, so I lied to the nurse and said I was feeling sick so that my mom could come pick me up. The entire rest of the day at home, I didn't sit down once, for the fear that I would stand up and feel a river...

Another really bad period story was one time in high school during field day. My class and I were at the town park, but my period was so heavy I couldn't even walk without it gushing, so I just stood next to a tree all day. Well, I had to use the bathroom at one point, so I went into the little cabin-like stall, and sat down. The latch on the door wouldn't lock. I was sitting there when all of a sudden, one of the really popular girls in my class opened the door on me and screamed. I was so embarrassed and miserable. Plus...PLUS...there was no toilet paper! God...I wanted to fucking die right there...hahaha.

I can laugh at them now, but when they were happening...the worst times ever. It's kinda funny, 'cause now I don't get my period for months on end. Last time I got it was 8 months ago...haha.

 

haha.... good thread, girls. i haven't had anything toooo horrible, but i was once staying at a friend's parents place for a weekend, and got my period a week early, in the middle of the night, of couse. so the sheets had blood on them and my pj bottoms and all that, god, sucks to wake up to! i didn't really know them that well, so i went to all this trouble trying to wash the sheets myself, didn't really work too well..... i was rummaging through her laundry room looking for soap like a criminal. haha

god, in retrospect, it would have been much simpler just to explain and ask if she had any stain remover or something.
