What do you think of these cats. Personally, anytime I see there bus I boycott it with signs and tell everyone on the lot they are evil. Working hard to keep them out of my state or atleast Atlanta. ANyone have any personal experiences?
Im sorry, Im new and ofcourse it said smoke signals so i jumped the gun. Just feel strongly about the cause is all. Even though they were playing fiddle tunes and passing out free sandwiches Ive read way too many interviews and actually know a cat that is sucked into that crap. Sorry to echo another thread though. Im just a noob. lol
Would someone care to tell me why there are so many negative feelings towards the Twelve Tribes? According to what I have read so far (which isn't much) they seem pretty mellow.
I dont think they are mellow when they wrap there children up, excuse me, bind them up and classically condition them to be void of an opinion. The children cant play or express themselves creatively, the woman are enslaved which is total and complete bs. I have interacted with these people, I have met their leader and seen them in action, I tried to have an intelligent adult conversation with their holy leader and he dodged every question only to say relix wanted to sell me magazines and EVERYTHING that had been printed about them was lies. I have a buddy out here in Georgia that left and went to stay with them, his mother hasnt heard from her son in three years, how fucked is that? This is commonplace when people are brainwashed into a cult they lose complete contact with their family. You turn into a slave, you dont get paid for your work yet the tribal leader has homes all of over the planet and travels abroad quite frequently. If you investigate them a little more you will find they are not mellow. When they are at a Apread lot or at a Festival in my area I will fight them on my turf with a peaceful protest making their trip to my home a living hell and totally not worth it. I will boycott their bus and inform people of who they are.
This is crazy. At first, I thought you were talking about the "Twelve Tribes of Israel", a Rastafarian organization founded by Vernon Carrington (Prophet Gad) in 1968. I believe the group you are talking about is called "The Twelve Tribes Commonwealth of Israel", which is completely different. lol. Oh well, anyways, all religions start of as a cult. Christianity was a cult. While I certainly understand your motivation for wanting to protest, you might just be feeding into their belief that they are right, because they are a persecuted group. Maybe read up on some non-biased, purely informational, websites to get more information. ( I think this might be a good one, but I am not sure: http://religiousmovements.lib.virginia.edu/nrms/tribes.html#6 )
12 tribes is a nomadic group very nice people i might ad they invited me in "without my beer" and checked out the 2 story bus they had check em out at the bigger festys
The thing about them is they don't go into any of the shows. They just come to pick up lost heads. I don't know about that.... I got a flyer from them one time and it was a meeting I wasn't interested, I like having freedoms.
Yeah they say commonwealth, its another way to slip through the cracks. Anyway, I believe in God and all that, but beating killing torturing enslaving, read up on these cats. You will see them around if you go to festivals or if you are on tour with Panic.
they are definately a cult. that bus has been around forever it seems. not surprised to hear that theyve latched on to panic tour. oh well, just dont get on the bus kids.
