acidity doesn't affect how sensitive your skin is. Your diet can, however, affect the taste of your ejaculate. Next time you're at the doctor's, I'd just ask if having a somewhat yellow ejaculate is normal for a guy your age (whatever age that may be). It's worth asking about, to make sure nothing wonky's going on. Are you and your partner going to be using condoms? Those can decrease sensitivity somewhat, but sometimes guys get stagefright when using them or are not used to the sensation and go limp.... so if you are going to use condoms (which I highly recommend, yay for preventing STD's and pregnancies), then you might want to try masturbating with a condom on to get yourself used to the sensation. I never masturbate with a condom on because it's a waste of a condom - but if you do have trouble keeping it up with a condom on, masturbation while wearing one could be a good idea to get you used to it..

Generally people prolong the orgasming in sex until they think the other person's at least nearly there.
