    A while ago I wrote down three words that I think explained the Zen Buddhist train of thought... tell me if you think this is at all accurate...

    I Suffer 'I'

    To me it makes sense.

    Explain or run the risk of being the creator of abstract bullshit

    there is no risk when it comes to creating abstract bullshit.
    But!
    Suffering comes from focusing on yourself, n'itteaches to get rid of the I aspect and focus on the we or society as a group... focusing on yourself causes world suffering.

    At one level it is true that focusing on the group is generally better than focusing on yourself, depending on the situation, however on another level there is no self to focus on as it is an illusion brought about by "wrong thinking".
