Lol, that is so true actually. Ecept you have to make sure you bend them the right way though! Like when im doing horse riding. I have to make sure they are bent the right way!

Haha that's funny, my boyfriend were talking about this earlier (bending knees)...but I think he just wanted to see me walk funny.
Bending at the knees and not the back also promotes good posture and will keep your back from getting thrown out.
Okay, I'll go with the bending knees thing, with an addendum, lean slightly forward, keep your weight over the balls of your feet, and more weight on the outside foot when turning. And the second rule of life, eat an ounce of fibre and drink 7 eight oz. glasses of water a day, to stay regular.
