Do gas stations carry papers? And do you have to be 18 to buy them, or do most ppl let you buy them anyway?
in canada i know you have to be of age..... i don't know if they ask as much as they obviously would for cigs though.
Hah, yes, you must be 18 and most gas stations carry them. I would not reccomend attempting to purchase them underage due to some new shit thanks to the patriot act that makes it illegial even to attempt purchase =/
as was said, most gas stations (around here anyway) do carry papers, though they never have good papers at most places, usually just standard things like zig zag 1.25, ez-widers, and the like. sometimes they'll have blunt wraps, most stations have blunt shells of one sort or another - mostly phillies and white owls around here, but some places sell individual optimos, dutch masters, and swisher sweets. if you're buying a blunt shell you're almost surely going to be carded. if you buy a wrap, you're more likely to be carded than with papers, but you still have to be 18 to buy papers so some places will card you. around here though i've noticed FAR less times will a place card for papers than for actual tobacco products. it differs from location to location i'm sure. if you really want some papers but can't find a place that will sell them to you, you can look around online for an online headshop or tobacco place that will accept money orders, cash or check and you can just send the money and get several packs of papers through the mail. this will offer a plethora of choices regarding brand, as well. the downside is if you have pot, you need to smoke NOW. i would recommend investing in a bowl, or getting an adult friend to buy the papers for you.
gas stations, Food stores, Costco. any place that sells cigs will sell papes. usally only a few kindas, blue and white zags, rizzas,and Voges.usally. but yes they id, cuz its supposed too be for cigs. my advice would be too find a pipe shop. u get way better quilaity papers (rice papes, hemp papes) up here u can get 7 packs for 20 bucks and they have alot to choose from and atleast up here aslong as u dont look 14 they will sell u stuff underage
Find a shifty gas station or head shop, a small time one, that sells pieces, and has a cool dude working. We got a place around here that if the owner of the store knows you, he will sell you w/e you want. Basicly go in and try to buy sometin from some shifty ass store, like a pipe, and wen he asks how old are you, say I forgot my idea but im 17... and try to hand him cost of item + 5 bucks. And say and toss in a pack of papers and you got a deal. Once you establish this connection once, you can buy whatever you want form the store... be carefull though! Edit: Or find someone 18
