It went bad, so I quit the withdrawl. Yep, I'm a wimp. Anyway the doc gave me some advice for the next go-round including exercise, green tea, lots of water, and staying away from caffeine. Good luck!

Why not just avoid the withdrawal? If you want to go off the medication, taper off of it slowly, with your doctors advice.

Even with tapering off, you still can experience withdrawl effects.

You can, but not nearly as severe.

Also, I should note, the term "withdrawal" does not apply to antidepressants in the way it applies to addictive drugs. The "withdrawal" is your body adjusting, and beginning to manufacture more serotonin on your own. It is not really a true drug withdrawal.
