Back in the days before ozzy met sharron, had two mildly annoying brats for kids, one of whom blatently ate too many crusts as a child, and another who sings like i dont even want to imagine.. ozzy was cool wasent he? i mean come on, black sabbath rocked, and if you dont believe me just pick up a copy of their first couple of albums..which are blues to the extream, before drugs became a major problem for them black sabbath were grand and as such i think you should all run off and put some early black sabbath on...
I'm actually more prone to listen to the albums from Master Of Reality to Technical Ecstacy (a very under rated album I might add).. Personally i'd take Sabbath Bloody Sabbath over Paranoid any day! :H
the mighty Sabbath were the greatest band ever to walk our earth, there is no doubt. technical ectacy however was where everything started to go downhill..... anything before that though is pure blues magic man, gretest opening riff ever = into the void
I've only heard and bought the album 'Paranoid' from Black Sabbath so far, and I think it's really good, though not the kind of music I listen to the most. The Nwet: I think that van looks awesome.
Black Sabbath are legendary, they are one of my fave bands of all time. I like all their albums up to Seveth Star. The Ozzy era albums are by far the best and I agree Technical Ecstacy was a underated album. Dio was a good frontman too and Heaven and Hell is a great album as is Mob Rules. I like Born Again but I dont love it and in my opinion after that they began to slide. Constant lineup changes didnt do them any good and neither did a change in style but hey Ozzy rules no doubt, the Ozzy era albums are untouchable, those albums never get old in my opinion.
