Psychedelic is the word of the 60s and 70s used to describe mind-expanding drugs. Today it's called ethnogens, and a new science is growing known as technoshamanism. The new intellectual aspect of the drug culture does not go by the same definitions held 40-50 years ago, thus it has more potential due to no taboos held against it. (You won't see your anti-drug education adressing the dangers of ethnogenic extracts). So does anyone here study techno-shamanism / ethnogenic chemistry? I'm rather enthusiastic about it... the world has gotten more insane and the best response is to make yourself insane. The fundamental beliefs of techno-shamanism revolve around using chemistry and digital technology to create our own realities, to think absolutely independant of any establishment whatsoever. Sound's promising to me. Thoreau would like it, Leary liked it, I like it.
I have a wonderful video by Leary. In it, he says nay to the old "power to the people." He says that now days, though the new medias and technology, we will all learn that the motto "power the the PUPIL" is the way. We can create our own reality. We just have to know how to reprogram our mind.
i tried opium a few times all it did was bring my weed high DOWN i thought it sucked but everyone else says they get way high from it so i dont know...
