where do peeps "junkies" find there needles for their fix?? You cant just go up to an pharmacy and be like i need needles i am a diabetic can you????
In many states you can buy syringes and needles OTC, directly from a pharmacist, with proper ID. The sale has to be logged for review by state inspectors. In other states, prescriptions are required for the sale of syringes. Most major metropolitan areas offer needle exchange programs for junkies, so they have clean needles.
In my state hypodermics are only available by prescription. It amazes me that they are available OTC in some states, IL is so conservative. I have no use for them, but I think people getting clean ones is better than spreading diseases.
All you have to do is go to a pharmacy and ask.You don't even have to lie about being diabetic. I get them at Sobeys no problem and I don't look even close to 19 or whatever.
fucking hell, you lot got it hard eh? in the u.k the NHS supplies free needles, medi swabs, burn tubes and filters for anyone who needs them. the only rule is that if you want more you must return your used ones for incineration. keeps the levels of infection from shared works right down and we dont get dirty works in our kids parks.
hmmm, im inclined to agree with that. 14 is a stupidly young age to be shooting up. its a very long and slippery slope from there and it takes incredable strength to get back from once your in its grasp.
at any age its pretty stupid to be shooting up (that is to say, its pretty bad for you) fuck, its not that uncommon. sad, but not that surprising.
But at 14 you aren't even mature enough to fully enjoy the pleasure of drugs. A bunch of 14 year olds might flip and post on here.... but when you are a few years older you'll get it.
