I am absolutly in love with the simple beauty in this book. The perspective it gives to death and to life, the simple concept of with out love there is no life... I thought it was beautiful... im going to read it again in fact... probebly right now.
    A nice story...
"The story is about a little wave, bobbing along in the ocean, having a grand old time. He's enjoying the wind and the fresh air- until he notices the other waves in front of him, crashing against the shore.
'My god, this is terrible, the wave says. 'Look what's going to happen to me!'
Then along comes another wave. It seems the first wave, looking grim, and it says to him,
'why do you look so sad?'
the first wave says, 'you dont understand! we're all going to crash! All of us waves are going to be nothing! "Isnt that terrible?'
The second wave says, 'No you dont understand. You're not a wave, your part of the ocean."

    That's a lovely story. :)

I have this book and read it a little while ago. Love it. It really is a beautiful, thought provoking read, which deals with inevitability of our mortality. Morrie's attitude is very real & inspiring.

Have you read another book of Mitch Albom's called: The Five People You Meet in Heaven?
