On Friday, through the Earth Day Virtual March -- we will be delivering tens of thousands of emails to the Senate, House of Representatives and the President urging that the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge be placed off limits to oil drilling. Together we can protect this greatest of American wildlife sanctuaries.
What better day than April 22nd for our elected representatives to hear from constituents about the need to save wildlife, its habitat and the environment we share!

You can be sure they'll hear from slick corporate lobbyists pushing to relax environmental protections sweetened, by a fat political contribution. It's critical they hear from constituents like you.

So, please take a few minutes and join us. Urge that the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge be safeguarded. And when you personalize your email message at www.earthdayvirtualmarch.org, feel free to give them an earful about your other environmental concerns.

This was originally snuck in the back door by Bush and lost by a slim margin in the congress. Now it is up to the senate vote. This plan to permanently destroy the ANWR, the Gwichin People and all the animals way of life for a little bit of oil can still be stopped and a permanent protection put in place, but only with your letters to the governemnt reps.
For the sake of your children and Your Mother, please take a minute to add your name which will send letters on your behalf to halt this travesty.
