oh, you are an atkins follower. you know, that diet only produces immedite results. at the end of one year you would have lost the same amount of weight on any other fad diet.
i eat fairly healthy. i eat what i want but i dont' really have a craving for nasty food. i'll eat wendy's every once in a while, thats only if my friends are gonna go there. i don't get fast food by myself. i eat about 5 small meals a day and i constantly drink water through out the day - i'd say i average 1.5 gallons of water on a normal day. when i drink...i toss eveything out the window...i'll splurge on anything...
i selected other as i have the desire to eat healthy...i buy healthy food..but obviously i dont eat to healthy cos i dont feel to healthy...could be the smoking thou...go figure!
No, Dr. Atkins plan is a non carbohydrate diet. I do not eliminate carbs. I simply replace unhealthy processed flour with healthy whole grains. I do not, "diet", either. This is simply how I eat. It gives me the energy my body needs and keeps me healthy. Eliminating carbohydrates all together is foolish and can leave one peakish and drained.
If anyone needs to be eating healthier, it's me. But I don't. My insides are being aten away from all the acidy food. I think it's going to take some serious bad news from the doc to push me. Every night I'm surrounded by crap loads of junk food that seem to talk to me. Not to mention the person you're sharing your life with does not know how to support his/her companion. If I don't eat the junk, I'll starve.
