Come on... everybody has thieved a souvenier or 2 from their place of employment.... come on... don't bullshit... where else would we get most of our office supplies from ... the store????? HA HA Supervisors need not read any further to protect the identity of basically everybody but once i was working at 7-eleven and the store got robbed... I wrote off a couple extra packs of smokes for uhh... myself heh heh heh ... I also worked at a warehouse where the boss had a box of classic playboy magazines... heh heh guess where most of the posters in MY bedroom came from ... hell the pen on my desk right in front of me came from work
i use to work at GameStop; me and my friends (mostly my friends, but with my help) stole $4,000 in merchandise and cash within a month period. Unfortunately my last week, i got caught...but it was defintly a good run. My friends would come in the days im working, take empty cased games off the wall..bring em to me and they acted like they were trading in there own games for cash. So we'd rack up about $400 a night. Also, I would give out ps2 and xbox systems for drugs..heh. Lots of drugs. Anyway, it was good times...but i got arrested for it lol. peace
how bad was the punishment when you got caught? did they account for the $4000? I just gave my friends discounts, sometimes if they were short.
I've never stolen anything from a job, never will either. They're paying me to be there and to work for them...they GAVE me a job in the first place. Stealing is like slapping your boss in the face.
My God localhippy, I thought what I did was going over the line. I have stole a bottle or two of liquer from the restaurant I work at and it was easy.
i used to steal chocolate coverd espresso beans from the coffee shop i worked at and i drank cappucino and coffe allll day long and never payed for any of it!!!!!!!!! the girl that trained me wold steal sugar packets to take home and make kool aid!!
i was working at a gas station and was getting royally screwed and would take a pack of cigs every now and again and food and the occasional case of beer...
the only thing i ever stole from work was toilet paper from the bathroom when i would run out at home..
lol, stealing toilet paper! I work in a supermarket so there's not much I can steal really... I took one of the plastic change bags to keep my weed in but I think that's all. ~Moro
it's pretty much routine for ppl to give discounts on food at my work to other employees and often friends (though the community there is that most of your friends work there...) but anyway, i guess stealing food would be common then... i don't feel right stealing, but i have discounted myself on some food because i know how fucking overpriced everything is. i refuse to pay $6.49 for a veggie wrap, no cheese, a little bit of fruit and a picklespear and a small drink. :/ we can't leave the store to get food elsewhere for the most part, so unless you bring your own food you're stuck trying to find the cheapest stuff there (i work in a supermarket, in the hot bar) other than food discounts, i've never stolen anything from a job...
when i worked at a restraunt, i stole glasses from there all the time. and coffee mugs. and food like EVERY day. and me and a few guys once took a bunch of ramakins (little sauce dishes) and went and smashed them after work.
oh that reminds me, i have stolen two nice glasses for a friend of mine from two different restaurants... i didn't work there, was just a customer. i used to do a little shoplifting when i was younger, but i guess i'm too afraid of being fired AND arrested if i steal from work. plus a little guilty for stealing anyway..
yeah, i feel way too guilty to steal, now. even little things. i don't want karma to come back around on me...
