now that myfriend is a piece...it's kind of big though. i'm going to send this with my boyfriend to afghanistan....what do you think

 

how much you want to spend? Like I previously said, the one I want is 6 bills. BUT it allows me to take my entire music collection and an additional 100 movies with me, and it is smaller than a vhs tape.

i'm getting myself one of these beauties when Sony launches them in a few weeks time.

the smallest 20gb player on the market, removable battery with 40 hrs playing time, cool rotating display so the track info is always the right way up, swish aluminium body in a choice of colours and built-in shock protection - ideal really, given how long my old ipod lasted.

 

I'm waiting for the tech to slow down myself, when new tech comes out every few weeks it's all still going to be cutting edge and buggy, meanwhile if I wait a little while I'm set

I've had awful times lately with a few companies that used to be good (when I say used to be consider I used to play with 486 computers) Sony has gone way down hill on everything but their console which still isn't the best out there, toshiba has been bad for years and msi has some good stuff, some bad stuff

Creative labs really is nice, they're responsible for some technologies that had been stand bys of the sound community for years, they still make good sound cards, I'd really go to them or mac for sound
